No Fat Sundried Tomato Salad Dressing

3.2 ounce package of sundried tomatos (no olive oil)
1 6 ounce can low salt tomato paste
2 cups water
3/4 cups apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon evaporated cane juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Place all ingredients in the blender and whirl until almost smooth.
Refrigerate.  Stir before using.  Enjoy on your favorite salad.

Makes 3 1/2 cups.  8.30 calories per tablespoon

If want a smoother mouth feel add some xanthan gum.
