The
food-
I am
adventurous in the kitchen and love to develop new vegan recipes as well as
convert non-vegan recipes to vegan.
I am at
the stage in my life where the list things I can't eat sometimes seems to be
longer than the list of things I can eat. So you will find my recipes are low
fat, low sodium and low calorie. I offer a calorie count per serving for most of my recipes. I consider this non-scientific data. I simply tally the
calories for the ingredients and divide by the number of
servings.
I mention brand names in our recipes. I am not paid for advertising, nor do I
endorse any particular brand. I simply mention the brands I like and have
used in the recipes.
I have included a section of non-vegan family favorite recipes for my friends and family.
